Clinical Yoga Part 1 - Postures

Develop your understanding of Yoga Postures and how they can be used within clinical practise for use within aftercare activities or for the creation of a 1-2-1 Clinical Yoga class. 

Clinical Yoga techniques can be used within Sports Massage and Sports Therapy, Injury treatment, or for Sports Specific needs to help create a rounded treatment. 

This CPD short course is ideal for Sports Massage Therapists, Sports Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitators, Osteopaths, Chiropractors etc, who would like to use Yoga Postures for after care activities or to provide a 1-2-1 Clinical Yoga class for specific needs. 

Our accredited CPD short course course, will help to develop understanding and technique for teaching clinical yoga postures, and will also review the physiology of stretching and advanced stretching techniques, such as using PNF stretching and RI within yoga based postures. 

 There is a final course assessment to check learning and application. This is detail in the course content.
